Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing may extend during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer the following options:
•    Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Tracked service.
•    Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Priority tracked delivery.
•    International Shipping (7–15 business days): Available to select countries.
Delivery timelines start when your order leaves our warehouse, not from the purchase date. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
•    Destination
•    Package weight/dimensions
•    Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions (if available) will display during checkout.

4. International Orders
•    Customs Fees: Customers outside our origin country are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in product or shipping costs.
•    Customs Delays: We cannot expedite customs clearance. Contact your local customs office for inquiries.
•    Restrictions: Some products may not be shippable to your country due to regional regulations.

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues
•    Incorrect Addresses: Verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for packages lost due to address errors. Reshipment fees apply for corrections.
•    Unclaimed Packages: Returns due to failed delivery will incur reshipping fees. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
•    Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order. We’ll investigate with the carrier and reship/refund as appropriate.
•    Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

8. Returns & Refunds
•    30-Day Returns: Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
•    Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
•    Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
